I have installed your Novo theme as I liked the example previews of the theme.
i have an existing website content including lots of media I have uploaded (many photos as I am a photographer).
The look of the website now I have initially Installed the theme is not how I liked in the layout on the previews.. So I am looking to maybe install the 'demo content' so I can see if I can get it looking and feeling like the website I was wanting.
It says that by installing the demo content it will overwrite existing website content. I am concerned as I have many many photographs uploaded to wordpress in 'media' that I wish to use in the website and finding and re-uploading them all is a massive task if I can find all of them!..
Can you advise on this?
Does installing demo content wipe out all the photograph media I have uploaded previously?
If so is there a way of backing up - re-importing just the photograph media to the new look novo theme once the demo content installed?
Or is there a better way other than installing demo content to get the look/feel as per the examples of the theme that wont wipe out my existing media?

Hey there,
I can't find where to change/remove the footer items such as Address, Recent Comments, Recent Posts, and that quote, "The world without photography will be meaningless to us." I did see that quote was also the tagline, but when I changed the tagline the quote in the footer didn't change.

When adding a project to my portfolio in the Rezo theme, I don’t get all the options that should be available.
I would like to add a video url etc. but there’s no field to put it in. I’ve checked and Wordpress let’s me see all the possible options. But they’re just aren’t there.

The license of the purchased product was registered on a first website, I created a second website (domain other than the first website) where I decided to use the purchased product; I unsubscribed the license from the first website and tried to register it on the second website; but the system informs me that it is still registered in the domain of the first website.
How to change the license on another domain? On another website?

Hi Guys please help - website up and running . All of a sudden home page changes look on desktop ( 13/12/20) - its like only half the page!! Looks terrible. I havent done anything. would happily add support to advise but seems I have to buy another license before getting help!

I use to have the blog page as grid full screen. Now it is only grid and I don't find a way to revert it. I have just seen this issue today so it happened in the last week. Do you have any idea what happened and how can I change it back. The plugins on the website are set to update automatically.

The case is that the presentation development was done in the domain tests.lussorywines.com and now I want to pass the content to production at www.lussorywines.com and delete what I did in tests. How should I do to change the url license?
Hi! Since the Wordpress 6 update, the header logo text in the header is misplaced and not in line with the menu anymore. Could you please look into that?
Website was working fine until you have released an update. Despite having experience in setting up Novo Photography theme I have done all my best but couldn't get the look back as displayed in sample. So many issues are going on. Just to let you know that I'm with the updated version of Wordpress and Novo theme.
If this doesn't come up as shown in sample, I would need either refund or guide me to achieve the look displayed in Novo Photographer sample display. Keeping in mind, I did follow your given tutorial but it doesn't work.

I reached out yesterday regarding my website. My website is down and showing massive errors and it looks like that it is due to the theme license not being activated with my domain. We started building this website on a dummy domain but now we switched it to the main domain.
I submitted also a ticket yesterday and still no response. It is unacceptable to have my website down for this long. I need it back up asap
it is over 24 hours now and my website is shut down and this is my third ticket request.

I purchased this theme under a dummy domain we were building the site on but we have now put the website live on it's domain and it is not working and is giving us error codes because the license seems to be expired and is not activated on this domain.

My License has been revoked? Why? The purchase code already has been registered on this domain: fraud Google DMCA to k2creationstudio.com
I was unsatisfied with the theme and had a talk with a support person about it. I did not apply for refund. Then why is DMCA issued and license revoked?
I've sent several tickets without any response whatsoever. The best I can tell is that the activation code has been revoked--without any explanation or reason. When I originally installed the theme the code was accepted fine, which is why I think the code was revoked. Despite several emails and tickets, I have not heard back anything at all and I am left groping in the dark. Even when the theme was first installed in had a fatal crash. I sent details via a ticket and again got no response.
